Sounds as though you may be feeling anger over things that are happening around you that you cannot control. And all this does is to cause frustration, anger and fear. It’s totally up to you as to how much power you wish to give them over your life. My personal experience, I can’t give this stuff power at all. I can think about it until I become annoyed and then go on to something else. For me, it isn’t productive to dwell on issues that are not in my power to change.
Maybe there is something you can do to change world situations and perhaps your anger is a motivator to pursue a career or interest that will give you a voice, dunno!! That would be up to you……
Be well…..

There’s so much choice. I am looking for some great and probably little known reds and whites to drink at home. These mass produced wines seem just that! I am looking for something special – any clues?
when I stick a bottle of the Kaesler GSM into a manila envelope, I think that’s probably the best
I am confused — you think the mass produced stuff is great?
you realize that the USA is the biggest export market for Australian wine, and that by and large, Australian wine is dumbed down, so to speak, for the USA palate, right?
don’t get me wrong, things that have been around longer than this ~modern~ trend (Tahbilk Marsanne) are sublime and underappreciated
I’m probably gonna have white sauce or just lemon butter sauce. And i prefer white wine. any tips on what bottle of wine i should pick? Australian, italian, spanish? I want a sweeter taste and less alchohol after taste? is that still possible?
Reds go good with pasta. Try a shiraz. But really, if you like whites go with them.
